My favorite products for Spring :)

My newest makeup faves for spring!  I'm so excited.  I love all of these products so much!  Perfect for the spring season!

Foundations:

Make Up For Ever's Face and Body

My ultimate favorite foundation for spring and summer.  It feels so light and soft, but gives great coverage without looking like you caked a bunch of foundation on your face.  I also love that it's a water based gel so no breakouts, but is waterproof!!!  It gives a gorgeously natural, satin finish and does not accentuate skin imperfections!  I apply it with my fingers or a foundation brush.  Beautiful, light-weight, perfect!!

Make Up For Ever's HD Foundation

If I'm looking for a bit more coverage than the Face and Body, I use the HD Foundation.  This foundation is oil-free and provides a medium to full coverage.  It gives that soft-focus, "airbrushed", effect to your skin and it looks beautiful in person or on camera.  It's also light-weight and doesn't highlight imperfections.  I apply it with a foundation brush, and, if you're looking for even more coverage, use the Face and Body as a base and then apply the HD over it.  Your skin will still feel light and look natural and be able to breathe!!!

Cheeks:

Illamasqua's Powder Blush in Morale

I love Illamasqua's blushes!  They are so bright and pigmented so a little goes a long way!  This color is a shimmering magenta pink and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it!  Had to have!!!  I just love this color...it's so springy/summery to me!

Eyes:

Tarina Tarantino's Jewel Shadow Palette in Delightful

I have a few Tarina Tarantino eyeshadow palette but I love this one cause the colors are neutral.  Great for everyday makeup!  There are 4 shimmery shades in this palette, one matte.  There's a soft gold, a soft pink, a peachy color, a shimmery brown, and a matte dark brown.  I love this palette cause it's great for on the go, great for everyday gorgeous makeup, has all the colors you need to create a few beautiful looks in one case, and all the colors are so pretty and highly pigmented.  For an even more intense pop, use the colors wet!

Lips:

Nars Lip Laquer in Hot Wired

Oh, I had to have this color the moment I saw it.  It's so gorgeous!  It's this super hot magenta color with a purple sheen to it....I die!  I'm not a big fan of lipstick, so the fact that this is a gloss made me soooo happy!  The only downside to it is it doesn't come with an applicator, so make sure you have a lip brush on hand (or your finger, but I prefer brushes).  It's gives a pretty wash of color to your lips, keeps them glossy and moisturized for hours.  Mine stayed put for a good 6 hours until I ate and wiped it off.  So pretty...I love it!

Here's a look using all my faves (except the HD foundation)...I'll do the LOTD on this tomorrow!
