Urban Decay's Oz Palettes LOTDs

Theodora Palette LOTD

This was my favorite palette of the two.  I love brown and green eyeshadows!  I used every shadow in the palette besides Spell...to me, Spell is kindof the odd shadow out.  It's pretty...but not as pretty as all the others...personal opinion :)

I love the colors in this palette, but my favorite color is Tornado.  Such a pretty purple!  I used every shadow in the palette besides Oz.  Oz is the odd shadow out in this palette.  Didn't feel like dealing with glitter today :)

Urban Decay's Oz Palettes

I finally received my Oz palettes from Urban Decay in the mail!!  I really tried to resist buying these, but in the end, the shadow colors and packaging won me over.  As always, the shadows are pigment packed and smooth to apply.  The only issue I had was glitter fallout from Spell and Oz, but I always have glitter fallout issues with Urban Decay's glitter shadows cause they're packed with soooo much glitter.  However, I figure if I use a glitter primer like Too Faced's Glitter Glue, the glitter will probably stay better.  Each palette comes with 2 duo shade shadows and 4 full sized shadows for a total of 8 shadows in each.  The shadows in the Theodora palette are Broken (pale cream satin), Beware (warm brown matte), Bewitch (dark charcoal brown satin), and West (deep metallic brown shimmer), with the two duo shadows being Spell (black satin with green and gold shimmer and gold metallic with tonal glitter), and Jealous (pale green pearl and dark green pearl).  The shadows in the Glinda palette are Tornado (vibrant deep purple shimmer), Magic (pinkish purple with golden shimmer), Illusion (pale peach satin), and South (warm pale gray shimmer with silver micro-glitter),with the two duo shadows being  Aura (iridescent white with blue shift and iridescent white with red shift), and Oz (gold with gold glitter and silver with silver glitter).  Both palettes came with a Super Saturated High Gloss Color; A bright cream red with Theodora and a light sheer beige with Glinda.  Both of the high gloss colors went on smoothly and I loved both of them.   Both palettes also came with a 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil (I didn't swatch those), Theodora in Zero (black) and Glinda in Rockstar (purple) and a step by step how to create the look from the film card.   Both palettes are also the build your own palette format, so you can take out all the shadows and replace them with others if you want.  LOTD's on Theodora and Glinda palettes tomorrow!
