2nd Halloween look!  I love this one cause it looks crazy awesome!!!  Have fun with it, use crazy lashes on the bottom, use different color eyeshadows up top...make it your own!!  This is guaranteed to make you stand out at Halloween parties!  Throw your hair in some crazy pigtails and you're good to go! I knew the look was complete when I showed my husband and he said, "you look crazy" lol...Perfect!

Smashbox Studio Skin 15 Hour Foundation shade 3.2

Eyes
UD Primer Potion (upper lid and a little below lower lash line)
Upper Lid
Hard Candy Powder Keg Eyeshadow in Groupie (inner corner)
Buxom Stay There Eyeshadow in Terrier (outer lid)
Elf Blush in Pink Passion (crease)
Lime Crime Magic Dust in Fairy Wings (highlight)
Lorac Liquid Liner Pen in Black (thick line)
Lower Lid
NYX White Cream Base (all over lower lash line, waterline, lashes; white everything out and create a half moon  shape following the contour of your lower lid)
Matte White Eyeshadow (set cream base)
Lorac Liquid Liner Pen in Black (follow edge of white going out to a slight point at the end)
False Lashes (whatever your heart desires, use a clear drying lash adhesive and glue lashes from outer corner of lower lash line, in, following the black line you drew)
After finishing lashes, trace directly on top of the false lash line with the Liquid Lining Pen to blend the edge into the black line.

Elf Blush in Pink Passion
Urban Decay Cream Blush in Afterglow (bright like a doll)

Brows
Matte Black Eyeshadow (make sure they're dark and defined)  

Lips
Blank out your lips with your foundation
Too Faced lip liner in Perfect Nude (trace just the center of your lips, leaving the outer parts of your lips blanked)
NYX lipstick in Pandora (apply lipstick inside the lip liner)
